Refund policy

• All products are carefully checked by Riya Trendz before packing and dispatch to ensure they are in good condition.
  
• Once the parcel is received, if you notice any damage or defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• A full, clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claim. The video must start before opening the sealed parcel and continue throughout the entire unboxing process.
  
• The unboxing video must clearly show the parcel, packaging and the damaged/defective product.
  
• Claims without a proper full unboxing video will not be accepted.
  
•  If the damage is verified by Riya Trendz, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to our assessment and product availability.
  
• No returns or refunds will be accepted for change of mind, colour preference, size preference or personal reasons.
  
• Approved returns must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
